This design was guided by spectacular ocean, golf course, bay and rural views. Steel and glass are utilised to obtain panoramic views of the picturesque landscape, it is most evident in the main living area located on the first floor which accommodates floor to ceiling windows on three faces. Sandstone blockwork and render in neutral tones draw inspiration from the surrounding sand dunes and coastal vegetation.
