This contemporary style home was designed for a lifestyle development company. The site was carefully selected for its panoramic views over the Moonah Links Golf Course, which was the venue for the Australian Open in 2003. Michael O’Sullivan & Associates design Pty Ltd, was given free reign on design, which was guided by extensive views over the course and surrounding rural areas. The large open living area forms the central core of the house and opens onto a large outdoor entertaining area taking full advantage of panoramic views to golf course and surrounding rural landscape. The freestanding glass balustrade and shugg inserts in the commercially framed aluminum windows ensure the picturesque views are uninterrupted.
